And when you purchase IBM POS equipment from us, you will receive The Tekserve POS Advantage at no additional charge.

1. New Cosmetic Plastics - Each terminal can receive NEW plastics for the Processor, Cash Drawer, Keyboard, Display and Printer.

2. New and Custom Length Cables - Each terminal can receive NEW RS485 Cables (Integrated or Distributed Cables) for the Keyboard, Alphanumeric Display, Printer and Cash Drawer. Customer can indicate custom length on any cable at no additional charge.

3. One-Year Warranty - Each terminal is covered by the Tekserve Replacement Warranty for one full year from the date of shipment. The warranty covers:

All non-working components on the terminal
All freight for replacement component
Advance exchange for urgent needs
On-line web-based serial number lookup tool to determine remaining eligible warranty
Upgrade to Tekserve Crash Kit Warranty available at no additional charge

4. Custom Staging and Integration - Each terminal is eligible for the following Tekserve Staging and Integration options at no additional charge:

Complete terminal assembly
Installation of standard or custom legend sheets on keyboards
Loading and/or imaging of hard drives with customer software
Integration with other “in-store” components (scanners, servers, etc.) to simulate true store conditions
24 hour burn-in
